The Only Agency is seeking a Digital Art Manager to join our Los Angeles office. This role is highly client-facing and relationship-driven, requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate creative vision clearly with high-profile talent, brand partners, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view in digital art and visual culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable representing the agency in conversations with artists, clients, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for digital and visual initiatives, confidently presenting creative concepts and materials to clients, talent, and partners.
  • Oversee the agency’s digital platforms, including managing social media accounts, developing pitch decks for all projects, and maintaining the agency website.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of pitch materials, tailoring decks and visual storytelling for both internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Collaborate on marketing and brand strategy, aligning creative output with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Develop presentation styles, approaches, and narrative frameworks that resonate with high-profile talent and brand stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to ensure digital platforms and presentations reflect strategic goals.
  • Conceptualize and articulate campaign vision across graphics, copy, social content, websites, and branding materials.
  • Translate brainstormed ideas into clear creative briefs, setting direction, timelines, and deliverables for the creative team.
  • Present final designs and layouts for internal review and client approval, confidently addressing feedback and guiding revisions.
  • Work closely with agents to ensure all client-facing websites and digital assets align with individual brand identities and positioning.
  • Manage the digital needs of a diverse roster of creative talent, balancing varying priorities and expectations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain prompt, polished communication with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee and delegate responsibilities to the Digital Media Assistant to ensure timely execution of shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in fine art, graphic design, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or artistic role; experience working with talent or public-facing brands strongly preferred.
  • 1+ year of direct client-facing experience, with comfort speaking to senior stakeholders or high-profile individuals.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and creative work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Photoshop.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strategic creative thinker with an understanding of business and brand objectives.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and personalities simultaneously.
  • Eager to grow within a dynamic agency environment.

Work Environment & Compensation

At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our Los Angeles office and will require a presence in the office 4 days per week. General working hours are 9:00AM–6:00PM.

The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, and skill set.
