The Only Agency is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our London office. The ideal candidate will be strategic, relationship-driven, and deeply knowledgeable about the beauty and celebrity landscape, with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow high-impact brand partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Beauty and Fashion Brands and key industry partners.
  • Research brand and client alignment to identify meaningful partnership opportunities.
  • Find, pitch, and secure the right beauty brands for potential sponsorships, ambassadorships, and long-term partnerships with Celebrity Artists.
  • Develop comprehensive Artist brand strategies aligned with overall Artist goals, including campaign ideation, content planning, and execution.
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships while producing strategic outreach for future collaborations.
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, rates, and agreements with Beauty Brands, ensuring mutual benefit and clear expectations.
  • Oversee rate negotiation with Beauty Brands and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Coordinate closely with US Brand Partnerships and PR teams, as well as internal Beauty Agents and PR partners.
  • Manage and support the PR & Brand Partnerships Assistant by providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
  • Assist and advise Celebrity Artists in creating compelling, authentic content that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure The Only Agency Artists are considered for all relevant Beauty Brand events and activations.
  • Organise or co-organise company events for employees and artists, and ensure artist attendance at key industry events.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring artists and employees are active and visible within the industry.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of Artist campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and Celebrity Artist best practices through ongoing research and market analysis.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with Celebrity Artists to schedule and execute all elements of brand partnerships.
 

Qualifications

  • Strong existing network of contacts within Beauty and Fashion Brands, PR agencies, and the wider beauty and entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, talent management, PR, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align brand objectives with Artist goals.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable conducting business via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
 

At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our London office and requires a presence in the office 4 days per week. 

General working hours are 9:00AM–6:00PM.

 

The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, and skill set.
