The Only Agency is seeking a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join our London office. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling, a deep understanding of fashion and beauty trends, the ability to predict industry shifts, and a strong interest in fashion, media, and/or entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compose brand partnership pitches.
  • Update and maintain clients’ social calendars.
  • Continue to foster and grow existing relationships with PR, press and brand contacts.
  • Maintain clients’ existing partnerships as well as produce outreach for future partnerships.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings and send product requests.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms for stylists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both stylist and client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Manager on upcoming partnerships, opportunities, and pitches.

Qualifications

  • Strong network of contacts in fashion, beauty, and PR agencies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting business by email and phone
  • Problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks. 

At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our London office, and will require a presence in the office 4 days a week. General working hours are 9:30AM-6:00 PM


The offered salary for this role will be based on factors such as experience, education, skill set, geographic location, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
